Does Pik sell its own products?
No. Pik operates as a marketplace and technology platform. All products are listed and sold by independent third-party Sellers who are verified before onboarding.

Why are products sold at discounted prices?
Products may be discounted for several reasons, such as overstock, clearance sales, packaging changes, or proximity to expiry. All relevant product information, including expiry dates where applicable, is clearly disclosed.
Are near-expiry products safe to use?
Yes. Near-expiry products are safe to consume if used before the indicated expiry date. Pik ensures expiry information is clearly displayed so buyers can make informed decisions.
Can I find well-known brands on Pik?
Yes. Pik works with a range of suppliers and distributors, and well-known brands may be available depending on inventory and availability.
Account & Profile
How do I create an account?
You can create an account directly through the Pik website or mobile app by providing basic information such as your name, phone number, and email address.
How can I update my address or profile information?
You can manage your delivery addresses and profile details through your account settings once logged in.
How do I reset or change my password?
Password changes or resets can be done through the account settings or by following the password recovery instructions on the login page.
Searching & Placing Orders
How do I search for products?
You can search for products using the search bar, browse by category, or explore featured deals and discounted items on the platform.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app notification. This confirms receipt of your order, not final acceptance.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be cancelled within a limited timeframe after placement and before preparation or dispatch, subject to approval. Full conditions are explained in the Terms of Use.
How often is product inventory updated?
Product availability is updated regularly. However, due to the nature of discounted and clearance inventory, some products may sell out quickly.
Pricing, Payments & Checkout
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, wallets (such as Whish or OMT), and card payments, depending on the order and delivery method.
Are there any special rules for cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery availability depends on the Seller and delivery area. In some cases, exact cash may be required at the time of delivery.
What happens if there is a pricing error?
If a product is listed with incorrect pricing, you will be contacted before the order is processed and asked to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the Seller, delivery location, and logistics partner. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Can I track my order?
Order status updates are available through your account or via notifications, depending on the delivery method used.
Who handles delivery?
Delivery is handled by Sellers directly or through third-party logistics partners integrated with Pik. Pik does not perform deliveries itself.
Returns & Refunds
What is Pik’s return policy?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you should submit a return or complaint request within the specified timeframe after delivery, along with supporting evidence.
How long does the refund process take?
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. The actual time depends on the payment method and payment service provider.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit, depending on the circumstances and payment method used.

Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may be limited in time or quantity.
Privacy & Security
How does Pik handle my personal data?
Pik takes user privacy seriously and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data is used only for platform operations, order processing, and communication.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Pik does not store full card or wallet details.
Selling on Pik
Can I sell products on Pik?
Yes. Businesses interested in selling on Pik must go through a verification and onboarding process and operate under separate Seller agreements.
